By confirming this reservation you agree to the below TERMS and CONDITIONS of Capt Rick's Sport Fishing, Captain B Adventures S.A. de C.V. and Captain Rick’s Sportfishing LLC

1. Deposit/Payment- This deposit/payment is for fishing charters and services purchased through Capt Rick's SportFishing Center in Puerto Aventuras, Mexico.
2. Reservations- A completed reservation request and a 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
3. Cancellations- There is no deposit refund refund for bookings cancelled less than 72 hours in advance.  Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the entire cost of the requested trip.
4. Deposits will be refunded if the trip is cancelled by Captain Rick’s due to weather that affects sea conditions
   
5. Medical Information- Participation in a Captain Rick’s Sportfishing adventure requires that you are in good health. It is essential that any persons with any special medical requirements make them known to us before departure.
   
6. Liability- Captain Rick’s Sportfishing charters fishing vessels and crews are not responsible for weather conditions, the sea or the fishing.
7. In the event that your requested boat is unavailable on the day of your trip you will be given an equivalent boat of the same size or larger.
